Good advice when doing meetings by video. link] My sister experienced this recently when she signed up for a multi-video meeting with other consultants. She didn't realize everyone would be able to see her so she ran out to get changed because she was in her housecoat.

Another thing that has helped me is by seeing myself in a video, or in a photo. Just the whole thought of smiling for the sake of smiling, would put a smile on my face. I am smiling just picturing it. Especially when I am not aware of it. Sometimes I have had the sternest look on my face that would even scare me.

It is so easy to take a photo or video without us knowing. How do I know they are not videotaping us in the changeroom in our state of undress? Will we end up on a porn site or on YouTube in some embarassing pose? Restroom Etiquette What about using a cell phone while in the restroom?
