If you can learn to work with them, you have skills that 99.9% They have no/poor communication skills, they lack intra and interpersonal awareness. Or it could be that he is just mentally ill, has some sort of addiction, or low self esteem. Yet the fact that they can deliver at that level means they are uber successful.
