When it gets closer to the course date and it doesnt look like they will fill the seats, they offer the course at a cheaper price. I have asked for a raise however, but it was after I considered a move somewhere else and wasnt sure I wanted to go, so gave my employer a chance to match the new salary and they did.

Prices always tend towards marginal costs. GM wants to sell their cars for higher prices so they can actually make a profit, but customers don’t really care. All a pizza joint has to do to get people in the door is to advertise their low prices and maybe show a mouthwatering picture of a crusty, melty slice. I apologize.)
