Nobody seems to really know what its called, but Powerpoint Remote was given as a common name. Where's the remote thingy for the PowerPoint?

If you are at a meeting and have a PowerPoint presentation on screen (in Slideshow mode), but are not ready to show it yet, press B and the screen will go black, or W to make it white. When you are ready to start the presentation, press any key to bring the presentation back on screen.

do work, but some of the others do not work in Outlook, Excel or PowerPoint. Many of these Ctrl key functions will work in other Microsoft programs, but not always. The regular formatting ones such as Ctrl b , Ctrl i , Ctrl s and Ctrl u etc. The one we are probably most familiar with is of course Ctrl Alt Delete.

It works in Word and PowerPoint, but doesn't seem to work in Excel." Highlight the word you want to change the case of and press Shift F3 and it will change the case, press Shift F3 again and it changes to another case. Submitted by Lynn, Administrative Assistant.

You can also attach a file from Word, Excel or PowerPoint or a business card from your Contacts if it is someone you need to remember to call and want that information available. Where's the remote thingy for the PowerPoint? You can also set a Task by right clicking on an email and choose Move to Folder. Minute taking made easier.
