She has been here a little over 1 1/2 years and has recently been promoted to an Administrative Assistant. This person sounds like a typical self-indulgent hipocrit who is climbing the ladder because of her people skills (kissing up) and not actual work related skills.

Who said it was smart to give a one-hour free seminar, speech or workshop almost every single day? I see one of two things, a blogger, who is paid to write content that promotes the services or products of another individual or business (ie. Everyone wants to be seen as generous and selfless. Who said we were supposed to do that?
