I chose to become an executive assistant because I thought my skill set would be a great fit for the position. From there, I developed skills necessary to be hired as a student intern for a non-profit tech organization as their office assistant. It has worked out well. I adapted, recalibrated goals, learned new skills. On weekdays I write a newsletter for 100,000 subscribers. By the time I retire, I imagine writers like me will probably just be transferring words from our brains to yours through some digital worm. to meet our copyeditor to send that morning’s newsletter at 6.
