Staple the cards into a little notebook, one card per page. If they approved being added to my newsletter list, I also mark that on the card - usually with an NL in the corner. I purchase those bound books that allow you to store the cards in sleeves. And I recycle the actual cards so they don't become clutter. Speed stuns.
