It began several years ago when I started working for Mr. H as a temp. He asked me to find a location, negotiate a lease, remodel the space if needed and take care of all interior decorating and procurement. The staffing agent asked if I was open to temp to perm, even though the position was for a full time EA, he feels the CEO may need time to see if it is a good fit. I have no idea how long "temp" is considered before they would offer the permanent position. It feels like a bait and switch and there are no guarantees.
