I actively grow my LinkedIn network every week, if not every day. When I hear about a company that interests me for any reason, I look for people who work there to add to my network. 8) Be responsive I have a personal policy to respond to all emails within 24 hours if not if within 7 hours at most. And, it’s actually happened.
