1) Do try the temp agencies. When on a temp job, work as if you are on probation all the time. 3) Find someone to mentor you. This is another area your mentor can help you. What are you saying in chat rooms, on FaceBook, Twitter etc. A mentor can help with this as well. Here is what I recommend.

This would also help with their induction process and ideally a ‘buddy cover’ or mentor could be assigned. PA retention rates will be at an all time high and this will remove company expenditure on temps.
