We are both members of PA/EA specific organisations and networked with our peers to advertise the launch, and will continue to network at events and training seminars to gain members, speakers and contributors to the success of the group. So, the way I view Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and Periscope may be different than the way a 22-year-old employee views them. It's not so much that older workers need mentoring, but that they need that fresh outlook that comes from younger workers. But again, I'm not 22.

This would also help with their induction process and ideally a ‘buddy cover’ or mentor could be assigned. Put every PA on a shared distribution list and ideally a closed SharePoint site for sharing information such as training & seminars. Jennifer describes herself as a Champion of the PA Profession.
