Call one of your children on the phone. I want my financial future to be bright and to have no worries when I’m older and ready to retire. Find a mentor. Ask questions of mentors and peers. Ask restaurant servers for low-sodium options—you’d be surprised how eager they are to help. Spend an hour with your spouse.
