Narrow them down to the amount that you can manage (usually 3 - 5), but some people can do more or less. Move all of the other tasks to the next day or time that you can tackle them. If you feel that your manager thinks of you this way, talk to them about it, but in a professional manner. Dont feel that you are not doing your job.
