I temped here and there for a year. Finally, I got a job interview through the temp agency for a one-year contract. I interviewed first with the HR manager and did well. The man I interviewed with was very nice, but was concerned about my lack of legal experience. He said he was concerned about my rusty legal experience.

I have some experience as an executive assistant for mid-management, but I am starting to apply for jobs that support high level executives, such as CEO, Chief Counsel & managing partners. I mention how I worked for all my CEOs because I was recruited away as a temp. There wasn't much information out there.

When we were a smaller agency, I was the EA and Office Manager for a smaller facility. I'm really interested in progressing and developing my skills but feel that managing the office is hindering my ability to focus on the core of being an EA.
