The system I use is quite simple and has been around for a long time.

Q: Can you share one or two tips every executive and assistant could incorporate into their routines for better productivity and to build their professional relationship? If something did not need to be worked on in the next 72 hours, it went in my follow-up system. And I find some of them do not make me more productive.

Polish up the ol resume It is all right to send your resume out and see what kind of response you get. In this new age of not doing anything more than a quick spell check on documents, make sure you do not have any spelling mistakes in your resume. I have a similar system with my boss. I put travel in red and action reminders in yellow, but that is our own system and it works for us. but I don't use that system or know what the colours mean. Thank goodness I get three tries to pick the right one before the system locks me out. On some sites there is an option to "Remember my password," which is helpful until your system crashes and you lose everything and then how are you ever going to remember what the password was in the first place since you havent had to enter it in a year?
