Internal e-mails amongst co-workers should have a business tone to it as well, although less formal. I also learned at a "Working Smarter with Microsoft Outlook" seminar that we should not use e-mails as urgent requests. Where's the remote thingy for the PowerPoint? This little tip has been a huge time-saver for me.
