Facebook Groups for PAs/EAs – in my experience these are slightly more interactive and informal than LinkedIn groups. Hootsuite Podium is also a free training resource for social media.

I spent a lot of time researching great venues, restaurants, hotels and suppliers and I really enjoyed it. Try to automat as much information as you can.
