Believe it or not, this was quite an easy system to learn. Just click on any of the links below to take a look at the particular task you would like to learn about. In one of my previous jobs, when I was working for an Investment Advisor, he gave me the installation CD-ROM and asked me to read up on how to use it.

I have been on some interactive sites where assistants ask questions and get answers and I learn from them as I have some of the same questions. The web also has anonymity and sometimes people receive information better from people they dont know. Lunch n learns are also a good way to learn from each other.

Keeping your readers up-to-date and information about current information on your company or topic will make them ask for more. Try to throw in your own spin on information that you learn and post about. A person with high authority would help the blog the most. The bloggers photo is important. Post regularly.

Ive been in these types of situations quite often, but have learned over time that many photocopiers these days have functions so advanced that it can clean your floors, do your dishes and tuck your kids in at night. The copier will then scan in all of the information in the order that you want it in. What do you do next?

Sometimes a new person will want to contribute to the team and show their new employer that they have initiative so they will dive into something that they dont have quite enough information about yet. If you are a new hire, take the time to learn and ask questions. The first months on the job are a learning and growing experience.

I know the newness of it all will be gone soon and it will just be a normal thing that he is a little walker, but for now it is cute to see him learn this new skill. Admit your mistakes and try to learn from them. Too much information. When I told my boss he said it must be my grandsons version of the 12 step program.
