As you are job hunting, think hard about if you want to temp, freelance, do contract work, temp-to-hire, or direct hire roles only and under which circumstance. And because executives are constantly traveling for weeks at a time, it may take a month or three just to finally meet everyone. Job hunt with focus. Everyone is busy.

We also got 2 floating/personal holidays, about 3-10 sick days, and also working in the entertainment industry, most places shut down for the last 10-14 days of the year. We also get a mini break when our boss is traveling as the stress level is generally lower and we can catch up on our workload.

I love doing informationals because I like learning about what people do, even if I am not in that industry, and perhaps get an office tour down the line, and make a new friend if they introduce me to someone else. I went to NYC for a job interview - traveled 4 hours from DC and the hiring manager made me wait half an hour, didn't even offer me a water or coffee.
