I arrange quite a few events and have realized the importance of reading and reviewing the contracts carefully, highlighting key dates. When I reviewed the invoice I noticed there was a guest on our bill who wasnt in our party so that amount got taken off. Once the invoice arrives you should check to make sure everything is accurate.

Secure the date and time in his or her calendar, taking into consideration travel time if outside the office. Does your boss need to be at the meeting? It even happened to me a few times, where people would create files themselves, then send it around to others to review and make changes, but never save it on the network drive. Then a new person comes in, taking over the work and wonders why they cant find the old file.

Check with your boss and if agreed, unsubscribe from any unnecessary e-mails that may be cluttering their Inbox or create subfolders and drag and drop these e-mails there for your boss to check when he or she has the time to review them. One thing that you may not know, though, is that 2 months ago I had no idea about how to write an iPhone app. Learned how to create a project and what the folder structure means. My best time for jobs prospects peak at 11pm to 1am in our time-zone and I just can’t stop working I only have about 5 hours of daily, normal sleep!
