Just wondering if you have any advice on how to cope with a boss who is basically a rude ass, and there's nothing you can do about it. I need to know how to deal with a psycho Chairman and make it work for me without it affecting me. My advice on how to cope is below. I seriously want this job. I've experienced this before.

Finnigan says recruiters, who often called young job seekers “challenging,” now report Generation Y job candidates are more willing to compromise on salaries or job duties. Today, more than 50 percent of candidates say they will take the salary offered. Destroying someone's self esteem doesn't actually make them better.

That’s like being able to attend a workshop given by an expert authority three times a week and learn how to improve your business without paying a penny. That salary came from advertising purchased by business to air on my station. I make less than I did when I was salaried. Did I mention it’s free? I apologize.)
