The holidays are quickly approaching and this is the time of year when we reflect on our successes and goals and also begin thinking about what we can do to reach the next level the following year. Do you need someone to talk to during the day when you are stressed? My advice is to grab a member and become a mentor or get mentored!

" The playing field of the world is leveling off which means that the competition, pace and stress levels are at maximum. But ironically, all that unfinished "little stuff" can stress us out more than the big projects we haven't gotten around to yet. It beats keeping it bottled up causing more stress.
