As a coach, Phil Jackson allows his team to make mistakes and then expects them to correct them. This lets his team know that we are all human and make mistakes in the game, it is our responsibility to acknowledge those mistakes and make plans to correct them. The CPS certification from IAAP was a very positive step which encouraged me to finish my BA degree. Yes, I try to stay on top of being well versed in all Microsoft applications, social media, and those offered by my Firm regarding our business. No but I will be taking a 3 day module course on PA competencies.
