I found with the Olympics in London this year looking at Twitter when the opening ceremony was on or whenever the UK won a medal just added to the experience. If you're known as a gossip, as someone who is unkind, self-centered or grumpy, don't expect anyone to value your input. I think one of the solutions may be that we all go back to basics. I knew I wasn’t spend a ridiculous amount of time on Twitter, Facebook, et al…but I knew I was spending too much time on those platforms without having much of my own stuff to share. that I tend to decompress with TV shows like Gossip Girl (Im shameless) and sports games that have a definite end. Regardless, I figured it out.
