And many of them even say that the well being or the efforts of well being is equally important to salary. Well, I’m going to go to work for Google because they use gympas instead of Microsoft because they don’t. So this is at 93% of people, which to me is incredible. Do people really make a decision? Heaven forbid.

How many of us really take the time to sit down and Google all of the information we need to make a formal complaint when a business treats us poorly? One size does not fit all in the people pleasing category, but all too often customer service jobs start out as entry-level positions with entry-level salaries.

I have asked for a raise however, but it was after I considered a move somewhere else and wasnt sure I wanted to go, so gave my employer a chance to match the new salary and they did. I think that during the process of your performance appraisal it would be a good time to bring it up, but I never have. 411 Look Up 411.ca

One of the obstacles I came up against was that I had to order wine in serious ‘bulk’ I naively thought I could order a couple of cases from a few hand picked wine farms and start my ’small business’ by selling these cases to restaurants, gaining trust and loyalty and slowly building up a customer base.
