I close all of them by either clicking on the "X" at the top-right corner or pressing ALT-F4 (keyboard shortcut to remember - can be very useful). Once I am finished with the task, I would look at my next task on my to-do list and figure out what applications I wont need. Then I would open up the applications associated with the next task.

Syncing – BusyContacts syncs with iCloud, Google, Exchange, Office 365 as well as other CardDAV servers without issue. I have contacts in iCloud, Google, and Office 365 and haven’t encountered a single synchronisation problem during my trial. When the native Calendar app was criticised on OS X, we had BusyCal.

I’m not presenting an argument that Android phones (G1, myTouch, CLIQ, Droid, and the newly debuted Nexus One – THE Google Phone ) will win over any other phone. Google Apps did everything except Tasks. I used to use Google Documents for this purpose. Google Sky provides you with just that. Problem solved.
