The keyboard should usually be at a low height, near the height of your elbows and the mouse should be right next to the keyboard. I am not a freelancer as such but I do work from home and I’ve training my boss and colleagues to stop arranging meetings after 4pm (still working on that one), I’ve been forcing myself to step away from the keyboard and to stop checking work emails after hours. You have plenty of time left for that client.
