Show your appreciation for each team members’ efforts by taking them to lunch or at the end of the project give a gift of thanks or a certificate of appreciation.   I hear it from my clients and workshop participants as well as my connections on social media sights.  I stand back, and begin moving notes until the ideas start flowing into easy categories: Blog, Projects, Home, Family, Health - etc. It beats keeping it bottled up causing more stress. Burnout and stress are morale killers that cost USA businesses $300 Billion per year. It makes my meditation practice much easier because peace is cumulative like stress. I swore if I ever was in a position to have employees, or a staff, that I would ALWAYS thank them, inquire as to their health, and their families.
