Hydrate Yourself: It’s A Marathon, Not A Sprint I can’t emphasize enough on this one. This hydration approach is very different form person to person. With that pace in mind, I’ve taken the long view and given my self room to experiment and test the waters … and run a marathon of sprints over a sprint and burn.
