We get to know all our attendees and form long-lasting relationships. You can get the designations that Brenda mentioned from IAAP which are the CAP and OM. This is very important. (JB).

Some have lost jobs, didn’t get promotions or pay raises, or lost funding due to employer budget cuts. Believe me, it is the best form of release therapy! My advice is to grab a member and become a mentor or get mentored! Shortly thereafter, I received the IAAP Member of Excellence and the CAP certification.

Practically Perfect PA

The CPS certification from IAAP was a very positive step which encouraged me to finish my BA degree. That’s when I turned to IAAP and am currently working towards my CAP-OM certification. This year I will be seeking some EA certifications through IAAP and Office Dynamics in order to keep my skills fresh and relevant.
