I guess it depends on the circumstances and size/importance of the purchase. But trust comes in many forms, both short- and long term. I feel the gift of speech need to be leveraged. One on one consulting, seminars, meet ups are difficult to copy and expensive to hold. You can’t outsource your US seminar to the Philippines, yet. That would make it the norm, the expected… would there still be resistence to purchase? Move people.
