You can use Microsoft Excel to add all of this information and then add the numbers from the files to your Excel spreadsheet. You can use Microsoft Access to create a database of all of your files criteria and the software assigns a "key" or number that corresponds with your files.

Even if you are not the most technical person on your block, you probably have some form of technology in your life that you love. Since I work at home (and because we're full-time RVers, always on the road), I need to be able to fax/copy/convert from anywhere. Organize by project, and even use custom tags.
