Then Kelly and Ferriss agreed on something I hadn’t thought of, their phones are poor input devices. It isn’t easy to produce something on our phones, so why focus on it when you can do better work someplace else? Okay, so using my phone as an input device didn’t work – but that was only one side to the coin.

Maybe you have created the Facebook page and the Twitter profile. Twitter , Facebook , LinkedIN , Quora and others are fantastic tools for meeting and connecting with potential business partners, clients and more. Phone (providing value) 4. You have got to be on social media sites!!!

Last weekend, the keyboard lights went out. The ALT works the same way as the ALT key on your computer keyboard. It makes the alternate numbers and characters on the keyboard available. As you can imagine, I couldn’t use the keyboard at night. So, I decided to exchange the phone. I was a bit frustrated.

I was considering one of the Android phones and the Motorola CLIQ has stood out given the tight integration with Google Apps and social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook.

I enjoyed having a full QWERTY keyboard without all of the keys, in such compact form factor. However, neither the HTC myTouch nor the Samsung Behold 2 have a keyboard. A keyboard is a necessity for me, especially given that I have big thumbs and I like the tactile feel of keys. These were all multi-touch devices.

In fact, I’ve been using it for just about eight months now, but I now have a better perspective about the pros and cons of the phone that excludes the initial new-ness impressions. What I Don’t Like I believe the phone was designed with the light non-business user in mind. You see, I use my phone heavily for email.
