Believe it or not, while some EAs do hold tremendous power, because travel is a very expensive and uncomfortable aspect of business, many executives or companies are very specific on what is or isn't allowed and which airlines they will or won't fly. I once went to a new restaurant and got such impeccable service it was almost weird.

It would be good to make the choices inexpensive, medium, or very expensive or whatever spread of variety is possible. If asked for restaurants, choose one seafood/sushi, one steak, and one general/American cuisine. Presenting too many options just overwhelms and confuses people and makes them indecisive.

It is known that age only plays a factor because the more years you have worked for a company the more expensive an employee is because of their salary, overtime, and other perks/benefits that are considered in the overall compensation package (401k matching, retirement, etc). I’m sure they have received a lot of resumes.

It was expensive,but when I brought it home I had to do all the work to get it up and running. Now, there doesnt seem to be a difference in price at all, it is just common practice that we have to do it ourselves. I travel far to try and find a full-serve station, but they are becoming extinct. Recently, I bought a new laptop.
