Finnigan says recruiters, who often called young job seekers “challenging,” now report Generation Y job candidates are more willing to compromise on salaries or job duties. Today, more than 50 percent of candidates say they will take the salary offered. Destroying someone's self esteem doesn't actually make them better.

That’s like being able to attend a workshop given by an expert authority three times a week and learn how to improve your business without paying a penny. That salary came from advertising purchased by business to air on my station. Did I mention it’s free? Completely, undeniably, 100% no charge. Now, that’s great.
