That’s a crappy example, but you get the point. It demonstrates self-confidence. I like your before/after examples that light up the point. If I ever have to use an example of stupidity in my copy, that stupidity has to be on my part. Whereas, when you firmly promote your knowledge, you exude confidence.

DON’T have low self-esteem. Which brings me to my next point, I’m trying to promote recognition of analism as a disease. The two that really tweak my lug nuts are: following directions and showing some self-esteem. I mean, come’on! We analists don’t mean to sound judgmental or condescending.

Take this blog, for example. With the autograph example, the piece of paper they just put their name on became a commodity the moment they did, but they don’t expect to get a cut of any profit should it be sold. It’s free. And from it, we get nothing. What do you have? They don’t get paid for the time it takes.
