Click on Tools, Macro, Record New Macro… Type in the name of the macro and a description for it, so that others know what this is used for. You can also add this macro to your toolbar or assign a keyboard shortcut by clicking on the buttons below and following the instructions. Make sure that you cut this, not delete it.

I close all of them by either clicking on the "X" at the top-right corner or pressing ALT-F4 (keyboard shortcut to remember - can be very useful). Once I am finished with the task, I would look at my next task on my to-do list and figure out what applications I wont need. Then I would open up the applications associated with the next task.

The online video chat tool is on the customer service page, and by pressing the button Live Help , users first get a brief welcome video, and to continue on to how video chats work can then press the Find Out More option. Keyboard shoppers can also supply their home phone numbers, and a personal shopper can call them direct.

All you need to do is go through your regular print routine with the following steps: Click File, Print or CTRL-P as the keyboard shortcut. There are other ways to implement this, depending on the software that you are using, but let’s keep this simple for now. Now select Microsoft Office Document Image Writer.

Defeat Keyloggers by not using the keyboard to type passwords. Encrypt your passwords to achieve complete security. Generate random passwords to maximize password strength. Fight Phishing by entering passwords only on matching web sites. Back up your passwords and copy them between computers.

Here is some common-sense etiquette: Screen your calls: Subscribe to call display. In an emergency, the cell phone is a useful tool.
