IAAP teamed up with Staples to #CelebrateAdmins. Make Learning Fun For Your Admin Team (4/8/2015). All Things Admin shared a chart of all the special happenings and more and started #AdminProud. Office Ninjas offered daily flash give aways and they had some really incredible gifts. Recovering From Mistakes At Work (4/3/2015).

Some people dont play well in a team and can be like that link in the chain that keeps skipping. What can you do if you are part of a team that is not playing well together? Are you doing your part and contributing to the goals of the team or are you getting bogged down with situations? Good team play can be contagious.

Below are some things that I have found helpful to build my network: Join a professional association such as the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). IAAP is a group of assistants who get together and encourage each other in our jobs and careers. This is where a strong assistant team is nice to have.
