Interning is supposed to get you ahead, to help you find a job but now it seems people are just taking advantage. Destroying someone's self esteem doesn't actually make them better. And I do understand that money does not buy happiness, etc etc, but we do heroes, mentors and models of good behavior.

As I mentioned, I'm interviewing for a very high profile position next week for a Chairman of a major international company. Or it could be that he is just mentally ill, has some sort of addiction, or low self esteem. What works for me is to cultivate a life and environment with an abundance of peace, relaxation, joy, and fun.
