I also act as the central point of contact for both Directors which might include meeting clients/suppliers, telephone liaison and managing emails whilst they are away. As I’ve got older I realise that it’s important to have a balanced lifestyle. It is a varied role which is great because no day is ever the same.

I don’t feel a CV will get you a job – but it will get you an interview. Therefore the idea of a client completing a form and emailing it to me does not allow me to get a really good understanding of the individual’s skills, expertise and very importantly their personality.
