Food, food and more food If your event requires food the venue will send you a banqet event form and you will need to estimate the amount of food you need. There is value in getting to know people, even if it is just over email or the phone. Once they start to have a relationship with you they are much more open to trying to help you.

If there are forms that need to filled in and it has a due date in June, I put those forms in the June folder with a bf date on it for a week before it is due. I create a corresponding Task reminder and write something like this: WAITBIN need to prepare form for production by March 23rd. 411 Look Up 411.ca

Where I used to work we had a Mailroom and I would plunk what I needed in a tray with a form to tell them how I wanted it to turn out and return to get it when it was finished. This way, you can keep track of all files in any way, shape or form. You can use Microsoft Access to create a database of all of your files criteria and the software assigns a "key" or number that corresponds with your files. Ok, Bianca is having a “BAD_EXC”, time to start debugging. Sometimes I even had the feeling that the source code on the editor was forming a twisted and evil smiley. Frustration Level (0 – 1oo): 45 – UIDatePicker is still a nasty thing, not to mention that working with time in Objective C is a pain in the arse.
