I keep my email inbox empty and I never answer the phone unless I''m expecting a call. I don''t take or make calls outside those hours, and most of the time, I don''t answer email, either (see 1c for the exception to the email rule). And all email gets archived in one massive clump o''mail. I keep my inbox empty.
