So, when I received the gift of a planner that had big boxes for each day, I simply jotted down my total minutes spent moving or doing something active in the corresponding box on each date. Why bother when we have email, social media, text and so forth? Your email inbox will thank you. Is this 1998? Need proof?

One thing I have found that goes a long way are personal handwritten thank you notes and Starbucks gift cards. I sent her a personal note and a gift card to say thank you. Look into purchasing an all-in-one fax, printer, and copier. I completely forgot to book his room - I know, total F-up. She totally saved my skin.
