The space crew had a robot that waved its mechanical arms and yelled, "Warning, Warning, alien approaching" or such other thing to protect and inform the crew. Other times we will be talking and I notice his eyes moving to his BlackBerry and I will see he is no longer paying attention to me, but reading emails instead.

There are just too many passwords to remember, and that doesnt include my bosss passwords that I also need to know because I have to check his emails as well as my own. Some sites use your email address as the log in, while others require you to create your own. But things like email etc, are all logged up in the noggin.

When I receive my copy, I circulate it to the assistants in my office for their information and reading. The nice thing about on-line sites is for the most part they are free, but what they dont charge in fees they can take up in time, as many of us have experienced with sites such as Facebook. Too much information.

Apparently MotoBlur doesn’t allow you to change your name or any personal information either on the device or on their website. Typing addresses is easy with both the on-screen and the slide-out keyboard. How absurd is that? It was inconvenient at the time, but I thought very little of it.

You might find a PDA a tad too 'stale' in the way information is presented. Keeps all your appointments, contacts and email in one spot so it's all synched up. I can also store email templates and phone "scripts" (bullet point items of what to cover on certain types of calls).

You bashed monsters by hitting keys on your keyboard whilst wondering if you could hook up a nodding bird à la Homer Simpson. We post our novel word count on our blog or on Facebook. I love that I get emails and comments telling me that a blog post came at just the right time. Griffin – Drool and keyboards don’t mix.

That’s a key point and a very important question for every blogger who had been wrecked more than one keyboard writing. As a rule of thumb, an ebook should provide more information than a blog post, or a series of blog posts. But you can create a lot of other related products, not necessarily information based. Just once in a while… I find I have those moments as well, and if you’re not right there with the pen or the keyboard, then you’ve lost it. And they don’t have to be on Twitter or Facebook every day.
