A small list of good restaurants close to the hotel or office. In addition I suggest you upload the information to an online document management website (Dropbox for example), just in case they misplace the paperwork. Also I send a copy to any colleagues that need to know their whereabouts and any of their family.

I always synch all of my files from my main Mac computer in my home office to Dropbox so that I am sure to have all of them handy while on the road by using the app on my phone and tablet. Alternatively you can circuit train with or without weights. Use a good task tool. Danish, muffins and croissants are not a good breakfast!

This may seem superficial however when you order a meal at a restaurant, you are told that ‘the first bite is with the eye’ and I expect the same standards with the applications that I use. There is absolutely no use of third-party products or accounts. Onto presentation now and visually, Mail Pilot 2 is fantastic.
