In addition I suggest you upload the information to an online document management website (Dropbox for example), just in case they misplace the paperwork. Also I send a copy to any colleagues that need to know their whereabouts and any of their family.

I always synch all of my files from my main Mac computer in my home office to Dropbox so that I am sure to have all of them handy while on the road by using the app on my phone and tablet. It helps me be so productive as I am often driving or something that makes it easy to speak, but not write/type. Use a good task tool.

I use this, once more, because of the built-in integration with other productivity applications. There is absolutely no use of third-party products or accounts. For iOS, I’m now down to one application and that is Dispatch. However, Mail Pilot 2 has proved to be an interesting alternative. So let’s kick it off with services.

Yes, this one is iAdd , the app based on my own productivity framework, called Assess-Decide-Do. Syncing with Dropbox actually made sense, now that you have at least two devices to use the app. Especially when combined with my own productivity app. Sold My First Audio Product.
