When people access the site from their phones, you have created a very clean and easy to navigate view. Others were more difficult to navigate when on my phone. Besides that, we use dropbox , evernote , and google docs to sync things that the whole team can access at any point.

In theory, electronic tools are always in your pocket or just a click away—whether on your phone, tablet, or laptop. Things I had input on my phone wouldn’t show up on my computer and vice versa. It takes time to train yourself on something new, no matter how simple or “intuitive” it may be. Always at your fingertips.

Before posting the video on my blog, I shared it on twitter and facebook. Any thoughts of porting this application for java so regular phones can have it too?

Google Notebooks can be accessed from any computer as well as from mobile phones and it can also be shared between friends. Use email, instant messaging and your mobile phone to submit your notes or you can clip content from the web with the browser toolbar. Works in your browser and connects to your mobile phone.

Record screencapture videos to teach your staff or contractors how to do important tasks. Put those videos in a Dropbox folder and share the link with your people. Make a one-hour to two-hour appointment with yourself at least once a week. This time is sacred. No matter where I go, I have the card with me.

One thing that you may not know, though, is that 2 months ago I had no idea about how to write an iPhone app. Learned how to create a project and what the folder structure means. Did a few tests with some sample projects to see how the building process works. Also, learned how to make a TableView reload.
