It pains me to announce that my grand experiment with using electronic time management systems has officially come to an end (sort of). In fact, I’m going to give you a complete overview of my brand new time management system. I moved to electronic systems after I lost my paper planner on an airplane in 2010.

Put your CC info in a Word document, and send to her via a secure file transfer service like Send This File or Dropbox. Use a self-destruct website to send sensitive information. I had to send my credit card information to a vendor and this is the service they used a service called One Share.

Dropbox – in case you haven’t come across this yet, this is a great service for sharing files between say your desktop PC and your laptop without having to copy from your PC to a flashdrive, and then from the flashdrive to your laptop. Better still, have you ever stored a file in Dropbox? Nobody likes paying for things they don’t use. Do you utilize web-based email services like Gmail?

What is the largest number of sites that you have seen someone put into your system? When people access the site from their phones, you have created a very clean and easy to navigate view. Others were more difficult to navigate when on my phone. What makes ItsMyUrls different?

But think how much better you’ll feel when you’re not having to say I’m sorry after the fact. How to say no gracefully? I’m a virtual gal and a firm believer in storing these things in the cloud in such places as Google Docs and Dropbox. Better yet, don’t say yes in the first place!
