But I live and work in less than 200 square feet -- so I don't have the room for a lot of equipment. LNM LOVES Dropbox! Then we found out about Dropbox. We now have Dropbox on 4 of our LNM computers and we are able to share files and they update automatically which would have been a problem with a server-type solution.

When the recording session is done, you can ask the other callers (be they guests or co-hosts) to send you their files via Dropbox or some other large file sending service. I prefer Dropbox because then I can grab them quickly and download them into my own Dropbox folder and place them where I want them to go.
