And I'm always connected to Facebook, obviously. Having VAs I can simply fax order forms to.   Here is an example of why: I was just checking my emails before going to bed (I'm on vacation in Georgia, just south of Russia, 12 hours ahead of pacific time) when I saw an interview request from foxbusiness.com journalist.

I keep a number of notifications alive, like new friendship requests from Facebook, replies form Twitter and PayPal (yeah, I do love those daily tiny alerts telling me that people are still buying my books or that I just received some affiliate payment). I seldom answer emails on my iPhone.

And I will get an email stating that my receipt was received and that it will be soon processed. After the receipt image is processed, you get a chance to generate a report from within the same iPhone app and send that report to you (or to someone else) by email. I got a confirmation email for this piece of paper too.

It came in the form of three words: Assess – Decide – Do. Now, the app is in the AppStore for more than 2 months, the latest version syncs your data with Dropbox, there is also an iPad version and so on. I have struggled with many forms of organization, and I despise task lists. Just to get it right.)
